These rules protect our guests, our neighbors, our staff, and the property. By staying at Villa Savina, all guests and visitors agree to abide by the rules below. Pedregal is a private community with its own security office, which has the authority to impose fines for any violations.
Fines are the responsibility of the guests. To the extent these House Rules are violated, fines can be imposed by the Owners or the Pedregal Security Office. All fines are the responsibility of the guests and will be paid from the security deposit.
Guests are not permitted to throw parties of any kind at the villa. No DJs or amplified sound systems are permitted.
Fines up to $1,000 USDNoise is not permitted outside the villa after 9:30 PM or before 8:00 AM under any circumstances. If you wish to play music in the evening, close all doors and remain indoors. This is the most strictly enforced rule in the community.
Fines up to $1,000 USD per occurrenceBetween 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM, no noise is permitted outside the villa (see Noise Curfew above). Outside those hours, music, conversation, and other sounds should be kept at reasonable levels. If noise from our guests negatively impacts other owners' ability to enjoy their properties, fines may be imposed by Pedregal Security.
Fines up to $1,000 USDGlass bottles, cups, and plates are not permitted in or around the pool. Plasticware is provided for your use. If any glass object breaks in or near the pool, it must be reported to staff immediately — the pool will need to be drained and cleaned.
$1,500 USD fineNo diving. No sitting or standing on the pool perimeter. Do not bring cushions, chairs, towels, or other objects into the pool.
All guests must be registered in advance with Pedregal Security. Guests are not permitted to invite visitors to the villa who are not registered.
$750 USD per occurrence, per daySmoking — cigarettes, cigars, or otherwise — is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
$500 USD per occurrencePets are not permitted in the villa or anywhere on the property.
$500 USD per dayGuests and their vendors must park in the driveway or directly in front of the villa. Do not park in front of any other villa — Pedregal Security may impose fines for violations.
